	Halls of Residence at Cardiff University in general ... terms of which halls to choose for Cardiff Uni, I would say Senghennydd Court should be well up there on your list!! I lived there in my first year of uni (last year) and loved it! Seng Court (or Senghetto as it is affectionately known) has about 1000 students in 14 houses. Most of the houses have 12 flats, although Houses A-D are smaller (6 flats in A,B and C, and 8 in D). Three of the houses, situated in the main courtyard, are just for postgraduate students and have a different layout, but all the rest are for undergrads. In the undergrad houses each flat has 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. Each block has a cleaner who comes around once a week and cleans... 	Halls Of Residence At Glasgow Caledonian University in general ... am a currently finishing my fourth year of study at this university and stayed in the halls during my 1st year. Every year I have lived in a different area of the city and Caly Court as the residents call it was by far my best experience. Moving from Inverness as an inexperienced Fresher Caley Court made the move so much easier. On arrival at the halls you go to the accommodation office which is open throughout the year for 4 hours a day to help with any queries you have regarding your accommodation. 	Accomodation in general ... have just finished a year spent in student accomodation at Royal Holloway University of London. I am now living in a house of campus and it is a completely different experience living in student accomodation is such a great way to make friends. There are always people about and all you new friends are right on your doorstep. When you start uni its really nice to have flatmates who are in the same situation as you and straight away you have made some friends. Being close to uni is really handy as well and when your adjusting to uni life its great not to have to worry about traveling.
