Accommodation for students in Aber is OK. The accommodation office at the university give out a list of properties and landlords have to make sure the property is up to their standards eg gas safety etc. The acc. office will also help out with contract advice and any other problems. You do have to be quite organised as most houses are snapped up by Christmas although there are plenty about afetr that you just have to look a bit harder.
