Living in halls (Accommodation in general)
Name: tattoo_girl
Advantages: meet lots of cool people, very close to the uni campus Disadvantages: not all is ensuite
I live in Robbins Halls, it provideds homes for 430 students,we are all totally different people. the first day i arrived i wondered what i had let myself in for. i went down to the kitchen and met with my fellow housemates. They are all evry nice people and we have bonded really well. The halls itself provides some en-suite facilities but not all of them. There are no lifts in robbins so when you get drunk, just think of the amount of stairs that you will have to walk up to get to your room. The rooms are quite standard in size, not too big, not too small. There is enought room in thew wardrobe for lots of clothes and a desk lamp is provided for all that late night studying.there are resident wardens that make sure you are adhereing to your part of the contract and if there are any problems there are the first person you go and see.I would definitaly reccommend living in halls for the first year you are at uni, there is always lots going on and being so close to campus you are able to get up about 5 minutes before your lecture and then run....
