Disadvantages: Lots of rules!

I have just finished a year spent in student accomodation at Royal Holloway University of London. I am now living in a house of campus and it is a completely different experience

living in student accomodation is such a great way to make friends. There are always people about and all you new friends are right on your doorstep. When you start uni its really nice to have flatmates who are in the same situation as you and straight away you have made some friends.

Being close to uni is really handy as well and when your adjusting to uni life its great not to have to worry about traveling. Its the same with bills and sorting out phone lines, etc. These are all things that you need to sort out when you have a house and are a real hassle.

To anyone thinking about going into student accomodation i would say go for it!! its definatly worth it and is a real experience!

Summary: A must for the university experience!
