      Very helpful

Albion house is one of the off campus university owned accommodations, it situates in Beeston, just next to Sainsbury's car park. It is about 15~ 20 minutes walking distance from University West Entrance. The environment here is peaceful and greenly, it is a good place to study. There are 24 flats in Albion House and each flat consists of 7 rooms, two shower rooms and two toilets. There are two refrigerators, one freezer, oven and grill, electric cookers and a kettle in the kitchen. Yet, we have to buy electricity cards to 'feed' the meter; otherwise there will be black out. Though Beeston is a small town, it is quite busy everyday. There are Sainsbury, New Look, Boots, Charity chops, Mcdonald, HSBC and NetWest Bank, post office, Sainsbury, Iceland, Farmfood, KwikSave etc in Beeston. Therefore, it is very convenient for students to shop around. For students who study on main campus will have no problem on traveling, but for students who study on Jubilee Campus and Sutton Bonnington Campus have to take hopper bus everyday. If you are going to study business, computing and education, please don't put Albion House as your fist choice, because all the above courses will be commenced on Jubilee Campus, but put Melton Hall or Newark Hall as your first choice.
