Advantages: Expensive rabbit hutches are great

As a teacher and lecturer and husband of a mature student who is having a very bad experience of Broadgate Park run by rapacious property company called UPP, this review constitutes a severe warning to all potential students here.

Currently due to special circumstances through illness my wife only had 5 weeks of residence. Broadgate Park are refusing to pay anything back despite being paid in advance until January! This means we are owed about £1,000 which was all student loan!

I have particular worries for the well being of overseas students who will be in a more vulnerable position than we are which is bad enough!

This place gets a zero rating. I advise avoiding UPP student sites!
As reported I shall be taking things further with my MP. Take care and good luck to those in dispute.

Summary: Avoid UPP and Broadgate Park like the plague.
