Advantages: no much advantages

Disadvantages: bad conditioned in many postgrad flats

I totally agree with HoonKiat that the accomodation at Broadgate Park is really so terrible. And indeed I cannot see any point why students have different accomodation considtions while paying the same fees! The reply from the accomodation office is just they need time to refurnish all. So this work has to be done bit by bit in turn. Unfortunately the flat I live in is the worst of all in Broadgate Park. So shabby in facilities and the room is so small.

I live in a self-catering flats managed by the accommodation office. And you really need to be careful about your choice. Although Broadgate Park is the largest community among all students living areas it is also the oldest. The facilities and room conditions at Albion and Cloister are much better than here! Particularly if you need to study on the new campus then I suggest you live in Melton Hall on the new campus or Cloister. Although the university does operate a hopper bus line, everyday it takes me forty mins to get to the new campus.

Another problem is that I cannot see any point why the undergraduate flats are much better than the postgraduate ones, at least in room conditions!
