Cairncross House student halls are just a ten minute stroll away from Glasgow University campus. The route takes you right through the middle of attractive and leafy Kelvingrove Park via Kelvin Way; a reasonably well-lit road and path with lovely views of Kelvingrove Museum, the River Kelvin and of course, the ancient University buildings themselves that tower above it looking all photogenic. Kelvinhaugh Street is dominated by a cluster of Student flats/apartments on both sides of the street, with Kelvinhaugh Gate Halls, Kelvinhaugh Street Halls, and Cairncross Halls on that street.
