i lived in these halls in 2001, and vowed to make it my aim to tell as many people as possible to not move in there unless it gets a face lift. The Block was first opened in 1984 and well has not been renovated since - well maybe it's had a lick of paint or two but not recently. The carpets are the originals, very popular stripe style in '80s i remember my mum had one in her bedroom quite similar. But the carpets, you can live with, but atthe price you pay for these halls approx £43, (which varies every year), and knowing that the price of halls on campus are the same, you really don't get value for money with Charles Morris. ...
