Derby HallNewest Review: ... cheaper and you shared a bathroom with about 10 people. I had no trouble with damp or anything like that. The halls on campus at nottingham are catered. So you do't have to worry about cooking food, as long as you are at dinner on time! The food is average. Nearly four years ago I arrived at Derby Hall at Nottingham University and was pleasantly surprised. You walk into the hall through big stone arches into a green courtyard surrounded by the hall buildings (which look pretty old and have lots of character). I was in block B room 109, and was well pleased. It was a huge room. The biggest room i've ever had to myself. I don't think all the rooms were this big in other blocks, but in B block they were all like this. I had a desk, a wardrobe, some drawers and a single bed in my room. Everything you need really. I shared a bathroom with my next door neighbour, but if you don't want to pay for that, the other blocks ...
