... am a first year student at Lincoln Uni and am currently living here at the Pavilions. Its a great student place to live and more luxorious than halls of residence and other private halls around. You can chose to live in flats of 1-6 people and some rooms are private studios also which are more for couples etc. I am living with 5 others currently and we were selected at random as we are all first years. However, if you are 2nd or 3rd year students you can request to live with certain friends etc. The flats are well furnished and look a lot better than halls of residence. In the bedrooms there are: -Double bed(small double, though no other Lincoln accomodation supplies...

... had been recommend by friends to stay at broadgate park before i start my study there, but once i was there. i can t wait till i get out.... i was so bad......if the person above u, having a shower not close the room properly or having a long shower then water will come through the ceiling, u report to the reception at mid-night, they come and only says to u, nothing we can do about it, they didn t shut the door, it been happening at least twice per week throughout the year, when the contract ends, they don t want to repay the deposite, they will make up something in order to take all the £250. i spend a weekend to clean it up, which i regret doing so, no matter if u v...

... OF NOTTINGHAM APPROVED STUDENT FLATS - UPP BROADGATE PARK (ALL SITES, E.G. ALBION, CLOISTER, RADFORD, BROADGATE, LOWER COURT). GOOD THINGS - NONE BAD THINGS - FIRE ALARMS GO OFF 4-5 TIMES A DAY AND DURING THE NIGHT. PLACE IS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY, MICE, INSECTS, CREEPY CRAWLIES. WALLS PAPER THIN SO CAN HEAR A PIN DROP NEXT DOOR. DONT BOTHER COMPLAINING TO THE STAFF - THEY DONT KNOW U R EVEN THERE AND DONT CARE. AS LONG AS YOU PAY YOUR RENT THAT IS ALL THAT CONCERNS THEM - YOU ARE STUCK IN A 12 MONTH CONTRACT AND THEY KNOW THAT.
