Lincoln Hall ... recently stayed in Lincoln Hall when I was visiting the University, and I think I can safely say Im glad I dont have to live there for a year. The main reason being I dont like catered flats. Apart from that they are lovely halls. The buildings are set out very nicely, and the look beautiful. There is plenty of greenry around too. The room I stayed in (A9 - and sorry if its your room!!) was very nice. It had a comfortable bed, desk, light, telephone, large area for hanging clothes, and a sink. Between all the residents there's one laundery room with industrial washing machines and tumble driers which have a ... Read the full review: Better than your average halls! by KathrynE |

Each module has a recommended text, some are compulsary, where as others are not, but in most cases additional reading is required if you want to get the top grades. These books are expensive, generally from £20 upwards, although I have found on average that they cost £30. Students now have two options when buying books, there is your traditional book shop or buying on the internet. Both have their merits; there is often a bookshop on campus, making it easily accessible, there may also be deals at the bookshop (a...
