A bit costly?! (Halls Of Residence At Queen University Belfast)
Member Name: Belfastgirl
Advantages: close to student facilities Disadvantages: costs heaps for basics
As a first year student, I followed the crowd, and ended up in the Halls of Residence, paying £180 a month, without food! Admittedly, I ended up in the nice new Halls, beautifully built, nice and clean etc, but some people were not so lucky, ending up sharing a room with a stranger (who they either loved or loathed) or in one of the high rise "Flats" - if they were really unlucky they ended up in the high rise flats sharing a room with someone they hated!
