Poor Halls Of Residence (Halls Of Residence At The University of Stirling)
Member Name: neillfc1
Advantages: Campus, Kitchen, Experience Disadvantages: Size, Age, Comparison with other residences
The halls Of Residence at the University of Stirling are not on a par with the other top Universities around Scotland. In terms of the individual halls they range from the likes of AKD and ASH which are pretty decent all the way to Geddes which is very poor. All of the halls boast smalls rooms in comparison to what you generally find at other Scottish Universties to the extent that in some of the smallest rooms a 6 foot tall person could virtually touch from one side of the room to the other. The kithens however are not too bad and offer good communal areas and decent cooking facilities. As negative as i have been about the halls at Stirling if you are lucky enough to get one of the newly built rooms in ASH then you will have a nice en-suite room that is fit for any student. Summary: Poor Halls but Great University Campus |
