Reading the reciews on this subject, I noticed that the newest review was from 2002 and the most expensive rent band was £65 per week!!! So I thought it about time this got some updating. One of the main advantages of the residences at Unis is that they are cheaper than off-campus accomodation with rents from £33 (shared split level room) to £65 (with ensuite)(please note these are approximate costs), with the exception of the ensuite rooms you will be lucky to find anything cheaper in Guildford.
