Rosser (Halls of Residence at The University of Wales, Aberystwyth)
Member Name: justanna
Advantages: Own bathroom Disadvantages: Cost, not very easy to meet people
I was in Rosser in my 1st year. It's a nice hall as far as the rooms go. En-suite bathrooms, share the kitchen with 7 others. BUT it's probably not the best hall socially. I would suggest Penbryn or Cwrt Mawr if you want to meet people. Rosser is too sectioned off. Every flat is locked and it's very difficult for people to pop in and visit. There are no communal rooms either. There is (or there was in 1995) a laundry block though. It's also quite expensive. I think Trefloyne is quite similar except you share a bathroom. Summary: |
