Advantages: loads of different places to live

Disadvantages: you have got to remember to pay your bills

Apart from Halls, most Leicester student move out into houses in the 2nd year. Welford Road, Clarandon Park, Evington, Narborough Rd are all well equipped for the student population. Houses are relatively cheap in comparison to halls and you have the comforts of your own little place. Most are 4 bedrooms, some more and all are relatively close to university. Seeing as most of the students tend to go to these areas your friends are all nearby. Therefore socially its all very freindly and not as isolated as some might feel that living in a house is. It is definately an experience to enjoy while living at university.

Summary:
