	Halls Of Residence At Brunel University ... As a final year student, I have an overview of the campus, in particaulr the halls. If you are not a first year or a student who has a disability, is from abroad or at least a few hundred miles away, DO NOT EXPECT TO GET ACCOMODATION ON THE CAMPUS. Anyway, there are two campuses ( Runymede and Uxbridge ) and three types of accomodation: 1)Flats 2)Halls 3)Halls en-suite About the Flats Flats: About 3 to 10 minutes walk from the central campus, situated north-west, looking from the lecture building. Cost between £40 to £50 a week all inclusive. You share a flat with 5 to 6 rooms , there is a common toilet and kitchen area. There are 6 - 1... 	Halls Of Residence At The University Of Surrey ... of the main advantages of the residences at Unis is that they are cheaper than off-campus accomodation with rents from £33 (shared split level room) to £65 (with ensuite)(please note these are approximate costs), with the exception of the ensuite rooms you will be lucky to find anything cheaper in Guildford. Also most halls are located on the main campus with Gill Avenue approx 10 min walk away and Hazel Farm absolutely miles away on the north edge of Guildford (probably around 30 mins walk but I got lost the only time I walked from there so I could be wrong) meaning that it tends to be a good idea to catch the bus (which was free but I'm not sure if it still is)....
