The Maltings

The Maltings is found in a suburb called Basford, which is 2 and a half miles out of Nottingham city centre and the university.In the surrounding areas there are about 5 pubs,an indian and chinese take-away,a laundrette,a newsagents and a few beauty/hairdressing salons which pretty much gives a student what they would want, without having to go in the city centre. To get the city you would have to take a bus ride into the the city, or get dropped off nearby the university. The bus ride costs about 50p return, although you can get a terms buspass when you get to the university.
