Advantages: ensuite, and good location
Disadvantages: poor staff, service, 'extras' such as sky are always on the blink
Dont expect any customer service let alone good customer service the staff aint heard of it. Trying to get somthing fixed or replaced is a complete joke and if they dont want to do something they'll make up an excuse.
the kitchen is tiny and the living room is resonable enough but there is not enough room to sit 4 around the table. definaly not enough cuboard space for 4 (which is the average flat size). the sofa and chairs are a throw back to a 90's primary school. extremely uncomfortable.
dont expect anything good from the supplied eqipment either, the pots will rust through in no time and the cutlery is likey to fall apart after no time at all.
the ensuite is usefull but smaller than that of a caravan and the tiles are impossible to keep clean, (they're textured and the dust just gathers) the carpet is cheap adding to the dust! and the vacum is not good enough to deal with the problem.
the whole place is out to make as much money as possible whilst supplying as little service as is humanly possible. i wouldnt recommened it for students and especially not for those looking for a weekend let over the summer.
Summary: a great location, but the staff and quality have a lot to live up to.
