Apart from its easy access to the University and the fact that it is safe, there isn't much to it. A lot of noise from residents about which management do not do much and cannot deal with effectively. They also charge you for every little thing they think is missing or damaged according to their perspective without you being present when they do the final flat check. Think twice before you sign the contract cause you cannot get you money back either!

Dont expect any customer service let alone good customer service the staff aint heard of it. Trying to get somthing fixed or replaced is a complete joke and if they dont want to do something they'll make up an excuse. the kitchen is tiny and the living room is resonable enough but there is not enough room to sit 4 around the table. ...  Read the complete review

Victoria hall provides student accommodation. That's it. They also try and extract as much money from you as possible and believe their word to be true.
