Mattel The Batman Secret Files Rogues Gallery Figure: Penguin Figure ... brother used to collect Batman toys, he actually had a Penguin action figure, the one who was based on the Danny DeVito Penguin from Batman Returns. I remember the toy being very chunky and having a really good likeness, so stumbling on this newer version of the Penguin was most interesting. Made by Mattel, who used to make the HE Man figures, this new look Penguin will have collectors hot under the collar. The attention to detail on him is amazing and he has a very unique pose, which instantly gets your attention.
