The great thing about the Star Wars films is the monsters and aliens. Some of them get given large roless while others are confined to background appearances. Here is a chap who was fortunate enough to get a talking role. Dexter is a cook and he runs Dexter's Diner. He had dealings with Obi Wan Kenobi and is an ally of the Rebels.
