This is a very unusual toy, one of the larger figures produced by Hasbro for the Star Wars toy market. A doll if you will of Padme Amidala, of the twelve inch variety. The toy joins several other figures who have been turned into larger figures and this does not happen very often. The idea of the dolls is to offer something that the smaller figures cannot capture. There is a better scope for detail and colouring and you can almost get a sense that the figures are coming to life as they get that bit bigger.
