      fun figure

My first Roboto figure was the older eighties model and I remember being fascinated with his body. I don't mean that in a weird kinky way, the toy was visually very exciting because you could see the cogs inside him move around as you played with the figure. Luckily, the remake of Roboto keeps this same idea and brings it bang up to date with a wonderful new look.

Roboto is from the shoe 'He Man' and made a few appearances. He is a robot of sorts, though has a human voice and acts like a human in the way that he moves. This toy is a new version of Roboto, made by Mattel and measuring around six inches in height. The figure comes packaged in stunning packaging. I love the new artwork and it seems almost a pity to open the toy and inspect him!

His body is very well designed and inside his chest you can see wires and cogs. These move a little when you turn the figure at the waist. In addition to the chest stuff, we have a hand that allows you to clip on different tools. These are easy to attach and help give the figure different looks. It also enhances play value and makes Roboto one of the most fun figures in the range.

You can move his head, arms and legs and pose him to stand up too. The colour scheme is bold and bright and the design work is polished all over. The good thing about this toy is the fact that he is very sturdy so you can have a solid playing session with him and not break the parts. Price wise he commands about ten to fifteen pounds if you buy him boxed or slightly less if you seek out a loose figure.
