Shiner has a damaged looking face, suggesting he has fought many battles. Ripped looking fleshy facial tissue hangs around his chops, while two offset eyes peer back at you. The eyes are different colours, which is intriguing. You can twist the head at the neck to make him look around too.

Not a man to be crossed and possibly not one to date either. Captain Shiner made an appearance in the hit cartoon show Thundercats. Although only making a brief appearance, he resonated well enough with fans to be turned into an action figure by toymaker LJN. These days, you will be hard pushed to find one boxed, so the best bet is to search auction sites for a loose figure. He is likely to cost a couple of pounds, so is quite affordable.
