      grrrr scary

What a handsome fellow. Mr Grune (The Destroyer) is not a chap you would wish to meet in a dark alley on a winter's night. He is from the show Thundercats and as you might have guessed is a bad guy. Despite only a small appearance in the programme, Grune was deemed significant enough to be turned into an action figure. He is possibly the tallest of all the Thundercat people, even outsizing Lion O, which is mean feat.

Grune is also one of the sturdiest of all the figures, thanks to his enormous bulk. This makes the toy very robust and he will stand up to a good playing session. His face will alarm you, as he looks a cross between James May and Ozzy Osbourne. Long flowing brown locks are tucked under his awful hat and one massive tooth juts out from his lip. Grune clearly has not seen a dentist for years. His awful fashion sense continues, as he sports a silver plated armour top with oversized shoulder pads and a pair of red tights, offset with knee length silver boots. He looks part like he is ready for a joust and part like he is off to a girly disco in 1977.

Grune wears gloves and one hand is bigger because he has a silver mit, which is designed to knock any enemy into the distance. There is a neat little punching action which you can achieve with this mit. In terms of accessories, if you get him mint then he should come with a club, otherwise a loose figure will just be as he is.

Grune is a grotesque looking person, but a striking display piece. He should be able to picked up for about three pounds if you get him second hand online.
