When my son was off nursery not well my mum brought him in the zingzillas figures to cheer him up a bit which it did! She bought all of them separate but I think they now do a set of them. Each figure costs about £4-£5 depending on where you buy it from so shop around if you can before you buy or simply check online first.
Drum is one of two females and she loves playing with her toy Yapple which is included with this figure. The figure is pose-able with moving head, arms and legs. Also the knees move so your child can make the figure sit down and also the tail moves. The figure is about 9cm tall so it is quite small but I think it is a good size for young children to hold and pose. The age suitability is for 3 years and over due to the small toy which comes with the figure. The figure looks very similar to the one in the tv programme so kids will definitely recognise drum if they watch the programme.
A good pose-able zingzilla figure which comes with there favourite toy. The price is a bit much in my opinion but my son has definitely got his moneys worth from it.
The Zingzillas posable figures are much better quality than the dire Zingzillas Big Zing playset proved to be! This character, Drum, comes complete with a little toy. Being the drummer of the Zingzillas band, you'd think she'd come with a drum set really but never mind! Her little toy is quite sweet and adds a little something to the toy.
You're looking at paying around £5 for this figure, which I think is really a bit steep for what this is. It's decent quality, and I think the features are fairly realistic and similar to the character that children will recognise from the television series. But then Playmobil characters are just as good and they cost half this price!
The figure is posable, and you can move Drum's arms, knee joints, waist, head and even her tail. This is helpful if your child has the Big Zing playset, which comes with some little drums, as it means you can sit Drum down to join in with the Big Zing. Without the Big Zing Playset, I'm not entirely sure what a child would do with this though - unless they have a drum set they can use with her from a Playmobil set or something.
Over all this is a decent toy but it's one for fans only I think. It doesn't really have anything educational to offer a child, and it's really quite over priced for what it is. It's decent quality and it looks like a child will expect it to look, but it doesn't actually 'do' a whole lot. I think for this price a few more accessories should have been included - especially a drum set! A change of clothes or shoes or something would have been a good idea as well.
