Czech Airlines:
... purchase basic clothing/shoes and I ll be reimbursed in full. Of course, they lied again(!), never did [see the pattern here?]. They confirmed they got all my receipt$ as agreed by Registered Mail. Now Czech Airlines even lies to BBB [Better Business Bureau] in New York they didn t know about this too late for any reimbursement now. Yup, right! I called/talked/mailed/emailed with only 20+ CSA Agents? Avoid Czech A... Read the full review: Czech Airlines [CSA] - Worst Customer Service - ever! by alexander13 |

easyJet ... have recently returned from my annual summer holiday with the family. We booked it all ourself and decided to fly easyjet as the prices were the cheapest we could find. We were very dubious about what to expect on the no frills flight and following watching the TV programme Airline. To be honest we were very pleasantly surprised. On the outward journey check in opened early so we managed to check in without queues. The staff were not the happiest of staff but they checked us in quickly and effeciently. I was then worried about the plane being late but no it was right on time which was just brilliant. I was worried about the rush to the plane for seats but because w... Zoom Airlines ... wife and I were gutted when Zoom went bust. This was our Airline of choice when flying from London to Vancouver in Canada. You would label Zoom as a budget airline and to be fair it was the prices were very reasonable, but the service and comfort I received as a passenger was far from what you would expect from a budget carrier. I were travelling with a young baby at the time and the staff were engaging with us and went out of there way to ensure we had everything and we were settled down before everyone else boarded. It is really disappointing that Zoom didn t survive the financial crisis s this operator easily stood its ground regarding customer service with the lar... Air Southwest ... usually find my self flying Air south West on Business Trips about 12 times a year so and over the last two years have become quite familiar with the route the pit falls and the customer service you are likely to expect. I travel from Bristol to Manchester on the early flight it takes about 50 minutes which check-in time, outbound and home bound it, would probably take about the same time to drive but I have to admit its more relaxing sitting at an airport bar waiting for your flight to be called than travelling down the M6 motorway. If you book ahead you can usually get the flight for about 60 pounds give or take with petrol the way it is, would cost you at least 40 ...
