Free Bird Airlines:
... flew with freebird airlines this summer from London Gatwick to Dalaman, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. To begin, the check in at Gatwick was terrible. They had two members of staff for at least two hundred customers. We arrived two hours prior to the flight and got in one of the very long queues. By the time we got checked in, it was only thirty minutes before departure time, so we had no time to... Read the full review: Just don't do it!!! by ikklejojo |

Ryanair ... realise that there have been over 250 reviews already posted abour Ryanair, but I thought I should add my tuppence as well! Ryanair as I am sure everyone knows is a budget airline operating throughout Europe. It was established back in 1985, with just one plane flying from Waterford to London. It really started to take off (oh dear, sorry about that) when Michael O Leary became the manager and driving force in 1991. He visited the States and used his exeperiences of the budget airline Southwest Airlines to turn Ryanair into a profitable venture. They must now surely be seen as the most successful low fare airline in Europe if not the world. They now operate 206 ... Read the full review: Flyin' Ryan by SaveMeTheMoney |

Virgin Atlantic ... recently flew Virgin Atlantic to St Lucia, and I must say, it was an absolute joy. I am not the best of fliers (I get very nervous, and restless) but Virgin staff made me and my family feel very comfortable. As it was a long haul flight and we had a baby, we were able to phone the airline a week before our flight and book the bulkhead seats. I would recomend anybody do this with young children, as I genuinely felt sorry for those with children sitting on their laps for the whole journey. The bulk head gave us loads of leg room, and enough space to store all our baby get-up and for the baby to crawl around. Also, as staff were sitting so nearby, they helped a lot, even ... Singapore Airlines ... flew with Singapore airline when I went to travel around Australia. I must say it was a very good experience. We landed in Amsterdam first for an hour or so whilst the plane was refuelling. Then we took off for a 14 hour flight all the way to Singapore. I have to say they look after you like kings they come round with food and snacks every few hours with things like peanuts and chocolate there is also lots of drinks to choose from. The food was of oriential origin with things like rice and chicken/beef etc. They also did vegetarian meals for those who do not eat meat (you need to pre book these). Before the flight took off from Amsterdam they came round with a little pa... Read the full review: Come fly with me by Storm123 |
