wilsonolly2001 Indian Airlines: ... have flown with Indian Airlines a number of times from Heathrow to New York I always used this airline because it was usually one hundred pounds cheaper than its nearest rival. The airline itself has always treated me well, the customer service call centre is very helpful when purchasing your travel tickets and I know I could use the website but I find I like a more personal service. The airline uses Boeing aircraf...

wilsonolly2001 Southwest Airlines
... travel regularly to Seattle and normally I travel with BA but they were preventively expensive this winter so I thought I would check out South West Airlines. I called there reservation number and spoke to a very friendly member of staff who discussed my options I opted for a window seat and paid using my American Express card. I could have used there website but I quite like the human interaction and the service I received from the call centre was second to none. The flight was direct from Gatwick to Seattle and even more fantastic they had a night flight available which is almost unheard of going to the states. I want to point out that we were travelling with a young...

RamblinMan easyJet
... ve flown Easyjet several times over the last 2 or 3 years, and I have to say they have never disappointed me. Starting from the booking process online, it s all very simply laid out, without any hidden charges. I like to have a choice of flying from Gatwick, Luton or Stansted on certain routes as well. Last time I booked a flight, I checked in online, which is also very simple, you just print out your boarding pass at home, and no queueing at the airport! I made a stupid mistake of giving myself the title "Miss" on the booking form, without realising. I thought they would charge me to change this, but all it took was a quick phone call and they changed it ...

Beth21 XL Airways
... know XL are no more, But when i flew to Sharm el Sheikh in July with Viking i noticed the cart equipment said XL so i assume viking to be XL. I booked the flight via teletext, which was a hassle as they sent the hotel through imperial travel, who are useless, and the flights through kiss travel. Not as useless. Viking allow 15kg per passenger, the average is 20kg, but we managed with 15kg and I own a lot of clothes, 5kg is a lot though and we did have to cut back on the things we would have liked to have taken away with us. For any extra kilo it was £10. A lot! You could also pay what i think was£10 for a seat with extra legroom. So both flights took off on time and ...
