gavallan2020 Aer Arann: ... have to say, when I flew with Aer Arann a week ago today, it was simply effortless. Aer Arann focus on 40 different routes connecting Ireland, France and the UK. Most, if not all of the planes are around half the size of a British Airways 737. Not to mention that they are all run by propellors too. Checking in wasn t to much of a problem. Although I did spend about 20 minutes blocking the que as the check-in perso...

... took a flight from Dublin to Manchester. Online Booking was made very easy with the total price you pay very clearly laid out in front of you. You can check-in online but I didn t do this and headed for area 14 which is on the lower floor in Dublin Airport. The Check-in girl was so so...she was nice enough also not to charge me for an overweight bag, which was a nice touch. The Cabin crew did the safety demo professionally and were polite when we were greeted as we stepped on board. We didn t have a problem with luggage space inside the cabin, I had a large broadcast camera with me that required both my hands just to give you an idea of size allowed on board. Aer Ling...

... friends and I have just had our first experience of flying with Aer Lingus last week. And we were surprised to find that they were in fact a very good airline. We flew from Gatwick to Malaga and back again. The cost of the flights was cheap - much cheaper than with any of the other airlines, including EasyJet and espcially BA. The timings suited us better, and you can chose your outgoing and incoming times to fit in around you. The website is user-friendly, and I had no problems with it crashing, or taking too long to load. It made me feel that it was safe and secure to use. In terms of the actual flight, it was certianly no frills, in the sense that there is no me...

... weeks ago I had my first experience with the Irish airline and I must say it was quite alright. I traveled in their new route from London Gatwick to Munich which was quite good news to me. Living in Southern England, the closest airport offering this route was Heathrow and only with BA or Lufthansa which I consider really good companies but not the best prices. Needless to say Aer Lingus tickets was 50% cheaper than I previously had paid to fly to Munich and their web page was very easy to use. Note that you have to pay for check-in luggage which can be up to 20 kg and you can either do it when buy your ticket online or at the airport when checking-in. Online is c...
