... travelled on Air Mauritius from CDG on one of the new Airbus s in business class. There was no ordered boarding of the plane which was a bit chaotic to say the least. The seats were extremely comfortable and we were able to lie down nearly flat albeit at an angle. There was ample leg room the only draw back was that the screen monitor did not work in my seat but the choice of films were not particularly impressive anyway so i was not too bothered. The cabin crew were extremely friendly and saw to our needs in a polite, efficient and courteous manner. The food was a bit weird in that they were trying to impress too hard and the combinations of flavours did not work. Th...

... a small airline... though they do have a few planes... I was impressed with Air Mauritius. Far more so than their partners, Air Seychelles (who I would like a catagory for so I can review them please dooyoo). The planes were clean, in good condition, smelt nice, and had plenty of leg room. The food was hot and tasty (I love airline food anyhow) and the toilets were clean and acceptable. The Inflight magazine was ACTUALLY readable... it had relevant articles, about the country you were about to touch down in, and not too many adverts, the airport terminals were good, and the flights on time and efficient. ... husband and I got married on the beach in Mauritius and flew with Air Mauritius. We where late checking in and they didn't have many seats left but they spent ages trying to get us together on the plane. Once on board they couldn't do enough for you. We had wonderful food and plenty of it - they came around afetr the mealk to ask if anyone wanted another portion of anything. The liquid refreshment was served promptly and always with a smile. They ran out of Diet Coke and they offered us "fat" coke instead - Steve my husband is diabetic so declined this and gave them the reason - one of the staff went back into the cabin and took a can from her ...
