Advantages: Got us from A to B.

Disadvantages: not much leg room

We went with Air 2000 to Greece.

On the way out to Crete in Greece we took off 20 minutes early but on the return journey we left 10 minutes late.

With Air 2000 you do not get a lot of leg room. We felt quite cramped.

We could buy ear phones though and watch films which was nice.

We found that the cabin staff were kept very busy and probably had too much to do as when they spoke to people they were very blunt and not at all customer friendly. Several times we found that they ignored some people that wanted help.

The meal, was served very quickly after take off, consisted of a curry which was not very nice. When it came to tea and coffee the cabin crew went down the aisle very quickly asking if you wanted it but did hardly wait for the reply. A lot of people missed out on their tea or coffee as they could not even catch their eye after passing.They did not miss much though as the tea was cold.

I know the cabin staff had a lot to do in a little time but a bit slower and a smile would have been nice!

We were given though very good details of what and where we were flying over and the temperature.

When we all departed it did seem that the crew were very pleased to get rid of everyone and all the passengers were well behaved so goodness knows how they would have glared at not so well behaved customers.

I do feel that Air 2000 are not the best to fly with.
