Air 2000 are more than just excellent! (Air 2000)

Advantages: Friendly staff and clean colourful planes, Great inflight entertainment, Great prices inflight and good meals

Disadvantages: None that I could mention

I flew with my parents(I am a teen) on the Bristol-Corfu and Corfu-Bristol route for a two weeks holiday. It was the best airline by miles. (Not plane miles!)

The Planes
Both Planes were A321 planes which were really spotless. Although I am a plane fan I didn't look at the reg- silly me! Their planes have a great colourful pattern on them.

The Seats
Well it was the same as all the other charter airlines-MyTravel, Britannia, JMC the lot! It was slightly cramped although they did offer Premium on the A321(the A321 and B767 only have premium)we didn't think about having it. The seats were in the colourful Air 2000 patterns like on every product of theirs!

Other Comfort
After take off they sold Air 2000 comfort packs with toothbrush, toothpaste, neck pillow, tissues, eyeshades, a pen and more and were at a great value £2.50 price. We've got loads!

Cabin Staff
The Cabin staff on both journeys were very down to earth and pleasant and treated you like a customer.

Meals
Nice! Thai chicken was served outwards but I had a kids meal which you do have to pre-book. The return journey was an early morning flight (a very early flight!)so some sandwiches were served. This was good because who wants a big meal at three in the morning on a plane especially? The trays were again colurful!

Drinks and snacks
The tea was served in large, plastic typhoo cups which were better. Coffee was in plastic Kenco cups. The bar service was very frequent so if you were thirsty or hungry then don't fret!

Entertainment
After take off they sold headphones and the adaptors were not needed as the socket needed only one pin. The headphones were £3.00 and were stylish. Most planes make you pay if you want them and if you don't have to then you have to leave them. Air 2000 alongside others lets you take them home as they are airline souveniers. The audio system was great. I listened to pop and i


t had the latest pop songs to get y
ou in the holiday mood. Listening to them now brings a feeling of holiday around me! The movie outbound was Bend it like Beckham while outbound was Ice Age. There were no TV programmes but big deal. The magazine-distant shores had articles about holidays, the world and air 2000's fleet, entertainment and services. Passing the time away was easy with air 2000.

Shopping
There is a magazine for their shopping and everything was reduced to half price.
They come around with this before landing.
Safety
This was taken to great detail. They showed the safety briefing and had a safety card as all airlines are required to have or they will not exist! It is legal (as you may know).

Air 2000 is a great airline. Was I just lucky or was it something that the majority of people will find on an air2000. All the people that I have spoken to have said that this is a great airline. Some people may find it is not but in my opinion you are almost certain to enjoy your flight with air2000. Don't forget that they have Premium on SOME of their shorthaul lflights operated by the A321. If you go longhaul then they have it always on their B767 aircaft. If you go on an A320 or B767 then don't worry. Standard Class is or should be a great time. If Air 2000 is reading this then may I say, "thanks a lot!!!!!!"
