I had never heard of Air Europa until I flew with them, must be 4 years ago now? I flew to sunny Ibiza and I must say, what a trip!!

~ The Plane ~

It was a fairly small plane, or it seemed small. I got onto the plane and almost immediately felt closed in. It had a simple layout of which is to be expected on a short haul flight, with 3 seats aisle and 3 more seats.
I was sat next to the window on the way out to Ibiza and I felt very claustrophobic, and I have never felt claustophobic before! The seat was small, the smallest seat i have sat on in a plane and leg room was minimal. I felt very uncomfortable from sitting down to getting off the plane and it was a relief to get off!
Getting in and out of the seat was a problem as the other 2 people would have to get out of their seats to let you out. This is always going to happen on a plane like this, but the aisle was tiny which made getting out of your seat harder as you'd have to jam the aisle! If you got stuck behind the food trolly that was it until it went past your seat. On other planes genrally there is enough room for you to sqeeze past at a push, but on Air Europa you couldn't even do that!
We had food on our flight and unfortunatly it wasn't very nice! I remember this because I am a fan of plane food and this has been the only flight I have not eaten my meal.
When you began landing we did an abrupt turn, looking out of the window it looked asthough we were landing into the sea! It felt like we were doing some kind of emergancy landing because the plane seemed to be diving down. For first flyers or worried flyers this would have been scary, and I often fly and ended up grabbing onto the arm of the seat!
But I know the Airport is close to the sea in Ibiza, so this may be the reason for the abrupt turn?
I can't remember the condition on the plane, but as I can't remember it couldn't of been bad. Same with the staff, I can't remember what they were like so they must have been ok.

I won't be flying with Air Europa again! I give the airline a 2 / 10, Because of how small and uncomfortable the flight was.
I am not sure of the cost, but I don't recommend them!

Summary: Uncomfortable.
