Being a frequent flyer the level of service in business class is very good for the price. There are better business class services provided but these are at premium price.
What let's Air France down is the poor customer services both in the UK and Paris. On a business trip to Mozambique in July 2008 Airfrance lost my luggage, and having accepted they lost it they have yet to reimburse me for my loss. Repeated calls to the lost luggage department resulted in getting the same response that the claims department are dealing with it. Well 9 months later I have accepted that I will never get a reimbursement and Air France have missed out on my repeated business to the Far East and South America. If your thinking of flying Air France check with the Air Transport Users Council for online advice as Air France baggage delays in 2007 was 17.6 bags per 1000 bags.
Finally got compensation 9 months later after getting in touch with Air Transport Users Council. http://www.auc.org.uk/
