I recently flew to India, on four different airfrance flight and I had a really mixed experience on each of the flights. On the way back, the staff were marvellous and couldn't do enough for you. the food was reasonable, the service was great, and the flight attendants, though quite cheeky (in a quirky french way) were pleasant and helpful. On the way out, I personally, and other memebrs in my group had quite a different experience. mainly the issue was with the staff, who on several occasions were quite rude to us, as individuals. one fklight attendant in particular was so rude, when i asked to go to the toilet, as the plane had begun its descent, and I had been asleep. instead of appologising, and explaining it wasn't possible to use the toilet she humilliatingly 'told me off' and ordered me back to my seat. needless to say I was too embarressed to say a great deal. Its such a shame when such a simple aspect of customer service causes people to be unhappy with a whole brand.
