Advantages: Cant think of any for Air India

Disadvantages: Every moment is bad

Flew Business class from Chicago to Mumbai
Outdated cabins, no over head spcae to fit you laptop, forget about your handbag.
Worn out business class seats and very very dirty
No Audio/Video entertainment, and upon complain, the crew ignores you, and finally after take off, they dont even bother about it.
Crew more intersted in pleasing captain and co pilots of the air craft, rather than business class passengers.
Cheap wine and champagne
Worst food and presentation is very bad
Crew has no concept of customer service, and they need to be sent back to training school.
Crew needs to leave their attitude problems and egoistic attitude at home, when flying.

Summary: Spend your money somewhere, where you are treated well
