Disadvantages: planes are a bit old

I recently took the air India flight back from delhi to lhr. Most people expect he airline to be a real rust bucket. It is not. The service is not the same as the other airlines I admit that, there is not awide range of drinks or meals but you get friendly service from the staff.

The seats in all airlines are the same and they all have the latest films shown throughout the flight. Although the technology in the plane is quite hold I was told the planes were about to udergo a refit with thew latest technology. If you want good service and cheap flights try air india.
