Advantages: cheaper

Disadvantages: should cater for people who might not like indian snacks and food

Air india compared with other airlines is cheaper compared to BA and maybe some other airlines.
Their services as in hostesses are very good.They are polite and helpful.
When I travelled with them they really fed me with all sorts of things. Their food portions are generous.
Their take of and landing as far as I am concerned is very uniquely good.
As for thier planes smalling of curry, I think this statement was born out of the stereotype that indians smell of curry. No whiff of curry smacked my nostrills.
