My husband and I got married on the beach in Mauritius and flew with Air Mauritius. We where late checking in and they didn't have many seats left but they spent ages trying to get us together on the plane.

Once on board they couldn't do enough for you. We had wonderful food and plenty of it - they came around afetr the mealk to ask if anyone wanted another portion of anything. The liquid refreshment was served promptly and always with a smile. They ran out of Diet Coke and they offered us "fat" coke instead - Steve my husband is diabetic so declined this and gave them the reason - one of the staff went back into the cabin and took a can from her holdall and gave it to him.

They took a photo of the 2 of us together and presented us with a bottle of Champers. Steve (who had never flown before) asked to go on the flight deck and went up around 2 am in the morning - he spent all night there with the Captain watching the sunset coming up over the horizon.

One of the best airlines I have ever flown with.
