Advantages: Good value flights usually on time service friendly and quick

Disadvantages: The business first isnt worth the money and not cheap food and drink on board

I usually find my self flying Air south West on Business Trips about 12 times a year so and over the last two years have become quite familiar with the route the pit falls and the customer service you are likely to expect.
I travel from Bristol to Manchester on the early flight it takes about 50 minutes which check-in time, outbound and home bound it, would probably take about the same time to drive but I have to admit its more relaxing sitting at an airport bar waiting for your flight to be called than travelling down the M6 motorway.

If you book ahead you can usually get the flight for about 60 pounds give or take with petrol the way it is, would cost you at least 40 pounds to drive.
Check-in is easy and as this is a business flight you don't have many people checking in luggage.
The staff members are very friendly and usually go out of there way to help you if there's a problem
The planes are small turbo props which seat about 40 people. Its quite rare that I have been sitting in a packed aircraft. The flight doesn't last long just enough time to have a hot coffee and read the paper.
In the last two years I must have travelled nearly 24 times with Air South West and only been late once they have a great time keeping record especially on this journey.

The aircraft are small but comfortable with an in-flight magazine on each seat and the chance to buy reduced priced products n the air it all adds to a good experience

I would say however its not worth buying there business first tickets as these are usually twice the price and don't give you value for money
The chance to change your ticket
The use of airport lounges that don't open before your flight leaves n the case of Bristol and a free drink on board
Apart from that Air South West have always done be proud and I would recommend them to anyon

Summary: Air South West is a great cheap budget airline that if traveling from Bristol to Manchester worth it
