Good but not good (Air Transat)

Advantages: Cheap flights and great staff

I flew Air Transat from London to Toronto last Summer. The fares are great and the staff are absolutely fantastic but its the structure of the airline that I don't like! At both ends there were fairly long delays and the everyone got very tired and unhappy about it. The aircraft don't seem to be in good condition though. Everytime we landed, the aircraft started shaking quite fiercely and the overhead compartments looked like they might fall down at any moment but I'm sure the aircraft are safe. I would recommend it greatly but if your in doubt, I wouldn't. But still it is an ok airline.
