Don’t travel with Air Transat (Air Transat)

Air Transat is a Canadian Airline. They offer really cheap ticket, especially flying from UK to Canada. I bought a ticket to Toronto sometime ago at GBP287 (including airport tax). Before encountering air Transat the lowest I could find was GBP319, and trust me, GBP349 is one of the lowest. So I was quite delighted to find a significantly better offer. However, the only good thing about this airline is the cheap price, other than that everything is crap. How crappy is the service? Is it worth the savings? Read my next posting.
