I have flown with Air Transat several times all as a club class passanger. I found there service very good and I use many diffrent airlines. Its is a very cheap way to travel club class. Granted they do have some old planes but so do many other airlines.
When I travel to Canada I aways try to book Transat club Class. I have never met with a delay or cancelled flight. delays are not always caused by the company you are flying with, but can be a knock on effect from other companies delayed flight, flight slots can be effected by this.
