Advantages: Excellent aircraft

Disadvantages: Poor service

After my first flight with Airtours, I have to say I was dissapointed. Although the aircraft was excellent with good facilties such as personal TV's and wide range of entertainment features, I found the service poor. I found the air hostesses sharp and snappy and they spilt hot coffee because they were rushing their job. The pilot on the outbound flight was, I have to say, awful. She gave wrong infomation and her 'stories' were not at all comforting for the uneasy passenger. But as I say, the aircraft was good and new and the only way I can fault it is on the leg room which was unsuitable for anyone but a small child.
