Alitalia.. bad or good? I guess more bad (Alitalia)

Disadvantages: constant delays , rude staff , unhelful English

good info! I am not English but i got some experience with Alitalia and and I strongly believe that some of the Alitalia staff can be very arogant. It never happened to me to be on time with Alitalia ( 4 flights ) and indeed - Italians do not have a clear English even if they suposed to repond in English.Also they do not speak German or other EU languages. I guess it is a risk to travel with Alitalia if you plan to have a flight with transfer . If you plan to fly with DC80 also take care, it could be unpleasant experience even if the weather is ok..

Summary: Fly cheap at your risk , but i advise you to take only direct flights due constant delays.
