Horrible Experience.

This airline should be out of business, I rencently flew to cairo and i live in Cali, 1st they no longer fly out of Lax no one called and informed me and my wife. Got to the airport on the day of departure they werent there. After that we called customer service had us on hold forever finally got through they put us on Air France to Paris. Alitalia to Rome was horrible their agents have no customer service and there rude as hell. they lye and dont work from rome to cairo was terrrible they did not print our tickets and we almost didnt get on another flight. When we finally arrived to cairo they lost both of our bags. and they only have 1 flight going to cairo from rome. we were in cairo for ten days we did not recieve our luggage until the 7th day of our stay. they could not locate our bags and nobody wanted ot help no one never answered the phone for lost and found. Also on the way back leaving cairo, they are always late and they have problems with boarding passes. the airline has broken lights, seats and they have horrible take offs and landings. Bottom line I would never fly with this airline again they should be out of business and they lost one of my bags again on the way back home to lax which they connected us to delta. 1st and last.
