I have flown with Alitalia 1 years ago from Venice Marco Polo to London Gatwick.
There are three classes of flight: Economy Class (with convenient prices), Magnifica Class (with first class service and good prices), Prima and Coral Class.
I have flown in Economic Class. The facilities were clean and service good.
The airplane was quite small but confortable. We were only 20-25 passengers, and during the flight, the air hostess offers to me a lot of drinks and snacks.Pies, wine, orange juice, coke, brioches, yoghurt and much more they offered to me to me.
There weren't televisions and radios. It wasn't important because flight was very short, so I ate and watched the sky all flight long. I was very excited because it was my first flight and the air hostess was helpful and very friendly.
There was a little girl in front of me and she has a fear of flying and was in tears and the air hostess help her!
On the airplane, there was a Boutique, so you can choos a gift (cosmetics, accessories, jewels, watches and much more) and prices weren't absolutely expensive.
Next summer I'll try Ryanair, a low price air company and I'll tell you the differences!! :)
